What is Human Design?

To discover your Human Design, you’ll need your birth date, exact birth time, and birthplace. With this information, you can generate your free chart online in just a few seconds.

Once you have your chart, you’ll see your child's Energy Type—which is exactly what this guide will walk you through so you can begin parenting (and living) in alignment with who you truly are.

I’m a mom, former Montessori teacher, and Human Design coach. I am a 3/5 Manifesting Generator with a calling to help families find peace and joy in parenting and bring in more understanding of how we were each uniquely created. I believe when we embrace each other and come in with understanding, the peace and connection in the home will improve immensely. 

Human Design helped me understand how each of my children is uniquely wired. When I stopped trying to make them fit my expectations and started honoring their design, everything changed. Everything felt so much lighter.

The battles lessened. Less conflict. More connection. So much more understanding. And now I love helping parents truly see their child. To see their unique design, their strategy towards life, their purpose, their gifts.
